Steps:

(2) Mix the cis-1,3-dichloropropene described in step (1) with methanol, the concentration of the formula-1,3-dichloropropene in methanol is 10wt%, in a 500mL quartz glass four-necked flask Add cis-1,3-dichloropropene and methanol and mix 100mL, then add 0.3g bromine as a catalyst. 8W ordinary LED visible light irradiation for 1h to react, the reaction temperature is controlled at 25 , to prepare trans-1,3- Dichloropropene to obtain a mixture containing trans-1,3-dichloropropene; (3) Mix the mixture described in step (2) and 200 mL of a sodium sulfite solution with a concentration of 0.1 mol/L, wash until it is colorless and then stand still for liquid separation to obtain an organic phase. The organic phase is rectified to obtain trans- 1,3-Dichloropropene.
