油醇性质、用途与生产工艺

用途

油醇是一种不饱和脂肪醇，可用作护肤霜、乳液和许多其他化妆品中的非离子表面活性剂、乳化剂、润肤剂和增稠剂。

化学性质 

无色或淡黄色油状液体。熔点6-7℃，沸点205-210℃（2kPa），相对密度0.8489（20/4℃），折光率1.4606。溶于乙醇、乙醚，不溶于水。加热时有刺激性烟雾。

用途 

用于制造去垢剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、金属切消的润滑剂、增塑剂和织物的滑柔剂。

用途 

用于制造去垢剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、金属切消的润滑剂、增塑剂和织物的滑柔剂。也用作有机合成、特种表面活性剂的原料，可用于生产油品添加剂、耐寒辅助增塑剂、润滑剂和溶剂等。

生产方法 

将油酸乙酯和无水乙酸混合，快速加入金属钠片，反应剧烈进行。反应缓和后再加无水乙醇，加热至金属钠完反应。然后加水回流1h，使未反应的油酸乙酯发生皂化。冷却后，用乙醚提取，中和洗涤、干燥后蒸去乙醚，旱灾行减压分馏，收集150-152℃（0.133kPa）馏分，即为油醇。收率约50%。
