Then, a certain amount of mineral oil and zinc sulfate solution are added, and the reaction is carried out under thorough stirring. After the reaction is complete, allow the mixture to stand and separate into layers. Separate the lower aqueous phase, then wash the upper oil layer 2-3 times with hot water and analyze the zinc content in the washing solution. The upper oil phase is then dehydrated by vacuum distillation to obtain Ethylhexanoic acid zinc salt. The zinc content is determined, and the yield of the corresponding Ethylhexanoic acid zinc salt is calculated. |
