以4-溴-2-氟苯酚(1.9 g,9.9 mmol)、双(频哪醇合)二硼(2.9 g,11.4 mmol)、乙酸钾(3.90 g,39.7 mmol)和DPPF(0.27 g,0.49 mmol)为原料,在32 mL 1,4-二恶烷中溶解。向溶液中通入氮气5分钟以除氧。随后加入PdCl2(dppf)-DCM(0.4 g,0.49 mmol),将反应混合物在回流条件下搅拌4小时。反应完成后,将反应液通过硅藻土过滤,并通过柱色谱法纯化,得到目标产物3-氟-4-羟基苯硼酸频那醇酯(2.2 g,收率93%)。1H NMR(CDCl3)δ 7.49(2H,m),6.98(1H,t),5.31(1H,brs),1.33(12H,s)。
