恩氟烷性质、用途与生产工艺
易使宁化学性质非常稳定，全麻效能高，强度中等；由于血/气分配系数小，诱导、苏醒都较快。本品有一定的镇痛和肌松作用，与非去极化肌松药有协同作用，停止给药后，肌松作用迅速消失。本品抑制心肌，降低外周血管阻力，因而血压下降；但不增加心肌对儿茶酚胺的敏感性。配合其他药可用于控制性降压。本品明显抑制呼吸，能降低肺顺应性，扩张支气管，较少引起咳嗽和喉痉挛；抑制胃肠道逆蠕动和腺体分泌，但较少发生恶心、呕吐。降低眼压，适用于眼科手术。本品吸入后80%以上以原形从肺呼出，仅2%～5%被代谢，主要经肝微粒体酶催化而变为氟化物随尿排出。脂肪/气分配系数低，易于离开脂肪被降解。
