Beschreibung

16-Oxokahweol is a synthetic diterpene and derivative of kahweol . It increases cytosolic glutathione S-transferase (GST) activity and acid-soluble sulfhydryl levels in mouse liver and small bowel mucosa when administered at a dose of 10 μmol/animal once per day for three days.
