12,18-dihydroxysenecionan-11,16-dione．C18H25NO6(351.41)．セネシオアルカロイドの一種．キク科Senecio retrorsus，S. isatideus中に見いだされる．説明図"融点215 ℃．[α]D－49°(クロロホルム)．加水分解によってレトロネシン(retronecine．C8H13NO2．融点121 ℃．[α]D＋50°(エタノール))とイサチネシン酸(C10H16O6．融点146 ℃．[α]D－9°(水))に分解する．肝細胞毒素で肝臓，腎臓に腫瘍を起こす．[CAS 480-54-6]
