Synthesis
Add 10.8g (34mmol) of (1-(triisopropylsilyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-5-yl)boronic acid and 120mL of tetrahydrofuran to a round bottom flask equipped with a magnetic stirrer, an inert gas source and a separating funnel, and stir to dissolve; Add 34mL of 1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution and 4.60g (40.6mmol) of 30% hydrogen peroxide dropwise at 0°C.
