Description

N-Arachidonoyl-L-serine is an endocannabinoid-like brain constituent with similar biological profile like abnormal cannabidiol. Binds weakly to CB1 and CB2 receptors and TRPV1. Produces endothelium-dependent vasodilation. Increases phosphorylation of Akt and mitogen-activated protein.
