| | 4-(2-PYRROLIDIN-1-YL-ETHYL)-ANILINE Usage And Synthesis |
| Uses | 4-[2-(1-Pyrrolidinyl)ethyl]aniline can be useful in the preparation of ebselen derivatives as glutathione peroxidase mimics and cholinesterase inhibitors, preparation of 4β-anilino-4'-O-demethyl-4-desoxypodophyllotoxin derivatives as potential antitumor agents, preparation of pyridopyrimidinones as antiinflammatory macrophage colony-stimulating factor-1 receptor inhibitors, and synthesis of 2-??amino-??4-??aryl-??5-??chloropyrimidine analogues and 4-aryl-5-cyano-2-aminopyrimidines as inhibitors of VEGFR-??2. It can also be useful in the characterization of small-molecule scaffolds that bind to Shigella type III secretion system protein IpaD, and discovery of a novel series of pyridine and pyrimidine carboxamides as potent and selective covalent inhibitors of btk. |
