Introduction

Medetomidine hydrochloride is an agonist of RECEPTORS, It is the racemate of DEXMEDETOMIDINE. Medetomidine is used as both a surgical anesthetic and analgesic. It is often used as the hydrochloride salt, medetomidine hydrochloride, a crystalline white solid. It is an α2 adrenergic agonist that can be administered as an intravenous drug solution with sterile water.

Function

Temozolomide is used in the treatment of adults with refractory pleomorphic glioblastoma and anaplastic astrocytoma of chemotherapy drugs.

Medetomidine used as vasodilator, Ca channel blocker; Zanarnivir influenza prophylaxis and therapy;dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker
