Cyclosporin A a strong immune inhibitor, can inhibit cell medium of reaction, and can be reversible inhibition of T cell proliferation, not inhibit the formation of blood cells, also does not affect the function of phagocytes, so compared with other inhibitors, possesses the advantages of less likely to induce or aggravate the infection, is mainly used for clinical kidney, liver, heart, lungs, bone marrow transplant rejection, May be used in combination with adrenocorticosteroids, but not with other immunosuppressants. It is also used in some autoimmune diseases (e.g., systemic lupus erythematosus, lupus nephritis, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune hemolytic anemia). It is used in eye pigment layer inflammation, severe aplastic anemia, refractory primary thrombocytopenic purpura, psoriasis and so on.
Applications:
Novel immunosuppressants. It is a ring polypeptide substance composed of eleven amino acids. It inhibits humoral and cell-transmitted immune function, but does not inhibit bone marrow and does not reduce white blood cell count. Prevents the rejection of transplanted tissue or organs. It is clinically used for kidney transplantation, liver transplantation, lung transplantation and heart transplantation. In addition, it has a certain effect on autoimmune diseases, schistosomiasis, malaria, diabetes, AIDS and other diseases, as well as anti-inflammatory properties.
