Used in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical industry

Mainly used as an intermediate in drugs, it is an important raw material for manufacturing sulfamethoxazole, sulfamethoxazole, sulfamethoxazole, and folic acid

It can be used as an intermediate in medicine, pesticides, dyes, and other organic synthesis. It can be used to synthesize 2-aminopyrimidine, 2-amino-6-methylpyrimidine, 2-amino-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine, and is an intermediate in the production of sulfonamide drugs such as sulfamethoxazole, sulfamethoxazole, and sulfamethoxazole. Guanidine hydrochloride (or guanidine nitrate) reacts with ethyl cyanoacetate to form 2,4-diamino-6-hydroxypyrimidine, which is used to synthesize the anti anemia drug folate. It can also be used as an anti-static agent for synthetic fibers.
