1. Product Description

Naringin Dihydrochalcone (NDC) is a high-intensity sweetener derived from naringin, a natural flavonoid extracted from grapefruit. Through hydrogenation, it is converted into a dihydrochalcone derivative with very high sweetness (approximately 300–1800 times sweeter than sucrose, depending on the concentration and medium).

It exhibits excellent stability under heat and acidic conditions, making it suitable for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic formulations.

Food Grade Applications:
