Pharmacological action

Ropinirol hydrochloride is a dopamine D2 receptor agonist, a selective non-ergocline dopamine D2 receptor agonist. Unlike other dopamine agonists, this product has a simple chemical structure very similar to that of natural dopamine, and acts on postsynaptic receptors in the striatum to compensate for the deficiency of dopamine and to compensate for the increase of sympathetic nerve tension. Ropiniero can also be used as an adjunct therapy for patients who already have the switching phenomenon. It can directly act on the synaptic receptor and produce continuous stimulation to alleviate the movement fluctuation of L-dopa, reduce its movement difficulty and reduce the dosage. Dopamine receptors are divided into D1 and D2 subtypes. When dopamine agonists bind to D1 receptors, the complex activates adenotinic acid cyclase and increases the formation of cyclic phosphate adenophosphate, thus promoting the transmission of information between nerve cells. Adverse reaction
