丁位癸内酯

δ-Decalactone is a naturally occurring cyclic ester used by food and flavor industries for its coconut fragrance and taste. It is also used as a reagent in the synthesis of (±)-Massoilactone; a chemical component with antibacterial activity found in volatile oils.

1. 烟草:BU,14-18;合成:由石蜡裂解或相应的醇脱水获得的1-戊酸或1-庚烯为原料,在二叔丁基过氧化物作为引发剂存在下,与环戊酮进行自由基加成反应生成2-戊基环戊酮,经氧化扩环后成为δ-葵内酯。 主要用于调制食用香精,可用于软饮料、冰淇淋、糖果、牛奶、奶制品、饼干、调味品和烘烤食品
