4.3. General synthetic methods of compounds 5c
To a solution of imidazole (2.5 g, 0.038 mol) in anhydrous methanol(65 mL) was added triethylamine (2 g, 0.02 mol) and 2-bromo-1-(4-chlorophenyl) ethan-1-one (4c, 4.7 g, 0.02 mol) at room temperature. The mixture was heated to refilux and stirred for 2 h. The solvent wasevaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was recrystallizedfrom ethanol to obtain 5c as a white solid in 85.2% yield.The synthetic procedures for the following compounds 5a, 5b and5d-5f were similar to the synthesis of compound 5c.
