To a solution of Intermediates (XII) (figure 2) and Intermediates (Ill) (figure 1) (1 mmcl) in DCM (2M), trifluoroacetic acid (10 mmol) was added and the resulting mixture was stirred at RT upon completion. Solvents were evaporated and the residue was purified by SPE-SCX to give the compounds reported in Table 7.
