Steps:
1.20 20) Preparation of Compound C-6
13 g (54.46 mmol, 1 eq) of Compound C-5 and 21 g (81.69 mmol, 1.5 eq) of bis(pinacolato)diboron, Pd(dba)2 1.5g (2.72mmol, 0.05eq), PCy3 1.5g (5.44 mmol, 0.1eq) and 21 g of KOAc (217.83 mmol, 4eq) were added, and 300 ml of 1,4-dioxane was added and stirred under reflux. After the reaction was completed, the mixture was extracted with CH2Cl2/H2O and CH2Cl2 layer was dried with MgSO4. Silica-gel column purification to give 14g of compound C-6 in 78% yield.
