Steps:
1.2 Step 2: Synthesis of t-butyl [(6-bromopyridin-3-yl) methyl] (2-methoxyethyl) carbamate
The compound prepared in step 1 (4.05 g, 16.52 mmol) was dissolved in tetrahydrofuran, and then di-t-butyl dicarbonate (3.9 mL, 17.02 mmol) was added thereto, followed by stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes. The resulting organic layer was extracted with ethyl acetate, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by column chromatography to give the title compound (5.52 g, yield: 97%, colorless oil).
