A solution of compound C (100 mg, 0.63 mmol) in cone. HCl (10 mL) was refluxed for 3 h and cooled to RT. The mixture was filtrated. The solid was washed with water, dried to give the product D as a white solid (95 mg, 850Zo)-1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-J6): δ 12.92 (s, IH), 9.36 (s, IH), 8.10 (s, IH), 8.05 (d, IH), 7.54 (d, IH), 5.08 (s, 2H). LC-MS: 177 (M - I)+. Purity on HPLC: 50.5% (214 nm).
