Steps:

1.2 Step 2: 1-(4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaboran-2-yl)phenyl)cyclobutanol

Under argon atmosphere, after dissolving 1-(4-bromophenyl)cyclobutanol (5.28mmol) in 1,4-dioxane (30mL), add pinacol diborate (7.93mmol) in sequence , [1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphine)ferrocene] palladium dichloride (0.26 mmol) and potassium acetate (15.85 mmol). After the feeding, the reaction solution was heated and stirred overnight at 100°C in an argon atmosphere. After TLC detection showed that the reaction was complete, the heating was stopped, cooled and filtered, the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo, and the residue was separated by column chromatography (ethyl acetate: petroleum ether = 1:99) to obtain an off-white solid as 1-(4-(4) ,4,5,5-Tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborane-2-yl)phenyl)cyclobutanol, the yield is 51%.
