with palladium (II) [1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)ferrocene] dichloride;anhydrous sodium carbonate in 1,4-dioxane;lithium hydroxide monohydrate at 70; for 1 h;Inert atmosphere;

Steps:

1.1 1) Preparation of Intermediate I

Under nitrogen protection, 0.58 mol of 2-bromo-5-methylpyridine, 0.6 mol of 4-fluorophenylboronic acid, 1.35 mmol of Pd(dppf)Cl2, and 0.87 mol of sodium carbonate were added to a three-necked flask, and then A mixed solution (1.2L) of 1,4-dioxane and water was added, wherein the volume ratio of 1,4-dioxane and water was 5:1; then the mixed reaction solution was heated to 70° C., refluxed 1h.After the reaction was completed, the mixture was cooled to room temperature, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure.The obtained solid was separated and extracted with water and MTBE, and the organic phase was washed with saturated brine and water successively, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, filtered, and the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure to obtain a white solid intermediate I for subsequent use, and the yield of intermediate I was 91.5%.
