Synthesis Example 29 Synthesis of 2,5-Dichlorobenzenesulfonamide [Compound (III-6)] Using 2,5-dichlorobenzenesulfonyl chloride [Compound (XXII-6)] (5 g, 0.02036 mol), the Compound (III-6) was synthesised according to the process of Synthesis Example 26. White solid, m.p.: 177-178° C., yield: 4.27 g, percent yield: 93%. IR KBr cm-1: 3280, 3094, 1455, 1344, 1164, 1044, 828, 600. 1H-NMR (60 MHz, d6-DMSO, δ): 7.36-7.7 (4H, m, aromatic ring H*2, NH2), 7.8-7.9 (1H, m, aromatic ring H).
