50 g (0.24 mol) of the diallyl isocyanurate obtained in Example 2, 200 g of toluene, 4.3 g of water and 1.7 g (0.0052 mol) of tetrabutylammonium bromide were placed in a flask, and from the dropping funnel to the epichlorohydrin 33 g (0.36 mol) and 25 g of toluene were added. After reacting at 88 °C for 4 hours, it was cooled to 0 °C and 28.7 g (0.36 mol) of a 50% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution was added dropwise from the dropping funnel over 30 minutes. After completion of the dropwise addition, reaction was carried out at 0 °C for 4 hours. The reaction solution was washed with 75 g of water and then washed with 75 g of 10% sodium dihydrogenphosphate aqueous solution. After further washing with 100 g of water, it was concentrated with an evaporator to obtain 58 g (0.21 mol, yield 88%) of diallyl monoglycidyl isocyanurate as a brown oil.
