Steps:

4.1.2.1.2. General procedure of reduction of nitro compounds toamines (Method B)

General procedure: Respected quinaxoline-nitro compound (1 eq)was dissolved in EtOH followed by the addition of Pd/C (10% w/w)under inert conditions. The reaction mixture was stirred under H2atmosphere for 4-12 h at room temperature. After completion ofreaction, the mixture was filtered through Celite and solvent wasevaporated under reduced pressure to yield correspondingquinaxoline-amine which were used without purification for nexttransformations (85-99%).
