3,5-dimethyl -1H-pyrazole-1-carboxamidine hydrochloride preparation method is as follows:
Weighing aminoguandine carbonate (25g, 0.028mol) dissolved in 200 ml anhydrous ethanol, in a suspension, stir and fully dissolve the room temperature condition, and at the same time dropping acetylacetone (25g, 0.028mol), slowly increasing the temperature to 80 °C, reaction 5h. Concentrated to remove the solvent after the reaction, in order to-hexane recrystallization, shall be light brown crystal 3,5-dimethyl -1H-pyrazole-1-carboxamidine hydrochloride 30 g.
