Steps:
Compound 3 was synthesized via synthesis of compound 2 as shown in the following reaction formula.
First, Compound 2 was synthesized as follows.3,6-Dibromocarbazole (500 mg, 1.42 mmol) was dissolved in DMF (10 ml)When sodium hydride (102 mg, 4.25 mmol) was added little by little, the solution turned from transparent to yellow.Next, 1-iodobutane (0.8 ml, 7.08 mmol) was added, and the color of the solution gradually became transparent.After 2 hours, the reaction was terminated and the solvent was removed on a rotary evaporator.Thereafter, 0.1 M NaOH aqueous solution and dichloromethane were added, and the organic layer was extracted.After concentration and drying of the organic layer, a transparent viscous solid (765 mg) was obtained.
