[Example 2]; Preparation of 4- [2- (dimethyl aminos)ethoxy Ibenzonitrile; 20g(168mmol) of 4-hydroxybenzonitrile was dissolved in 200mNo. of acetone, and34.8g(251.8mmol) of potassium hydroxide was added thereto, which was thenrefluxed and mixed for 1 hour.36.3g(251.8mmol) of 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl chloride was slowly dropwised to thereactant, followed by refluxing and mixing for 8 hours.The reactant was cooled down to room temperature, and acetone was removed bydecompression and concentration. Thereafter, 300mNo. of dichloromethane wasextracted, which was then dried with magnesium sulfate anhydrous, and then 31g(97%yield) of a desired product was obtained by decompression and concentration.'HNMRCCDQ ,ppm): 2.30(s,6H), 2.71~2.74(t,2H), 4.06~4.09(t,2H),6.92~6.96(d,2H), 7.52~7.56(d,2H)
