Yield:5728-52-9 100%

Reaction Conditions:

with palladium diacetate;potassium carbonate in water;toluene at 65; for 20 h;Suzuki-Miyaura Coupling;Solvent;

Steps:

Felbinac
To 4-bromophenyl acetic acid (0.129 g, 0.6 mmol) was added phenylboronic acid (0.0878 g, 1.2 equiv), palladium acetate (0.0013 g, 1 mol %), potassium carbonate (0.0995 g, 1.2 equiv), water (0.6 mL) and the chosen solvent(1.8 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred for 20 hours at 65 °C, and then allowed to cool to the ambient temperature. The reaction mixture was diluted with water (10mL), acidified with hydrochloric acid to produce a precipitate, and extracted with dichloromethane (2 × 15 mL). The organic phase was concentrated and the resultingcrude solid analysed by 1H NMR spectroscopy (Figure S2).
