7 Example 7 Synthesis of 4-bromo-N- (4-fluorophenyl) benzamide (Compound 10)
p-Bromobenzoic acid (12 mmol, 2.4 g) was dissolved in 50 mL of dichloromethane, HOBt (12 mmol, 1.62 g) and EDCI (18 mmol, 3.46 g) were added, and the reaction was performed at room temperature for 30 min.Then 4-fluoroaniline (10 mmol, 1.11 g) and N, N-diisopropylethylamine (12 mmol, 2.1 mL) were added to the reaction solution, and reacted at room temperature for 2 h.Add 50 mL of saturated sodium bicarbonate to dilute, separate the organic layer, wash with saturated brine (50 mL × 1), dry over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and recover the solvent under reduced pressure.Column chromatography (EtOAC: PE 1: 5) gave compound 10. Yield: 91.5%
