Steps:
Preparation of compound 2-(p-fluorophenylthiaoxy)acetic acid:
The crude product was added ethanol (10 ml) and 5% sodium hydroxide (8 ml). The addition is finished. At 40 °C, stir the reaction for 1h. The reaction is finished, the system reduced pressure distillation, to ethanol-free, residue adds the ice water (100 ml) and 5 wt % dilute hydrochloric acid (25 ml) acid, filter and wash the solid, column chromatography to obtain white solid compound 0.78g, yield 75%.
