1-methoxy-4-(methyl-D3)-benzene
The resulting product (20g, 0.16mol) from step 1, potassium tert-butoxide (76g, 0.64mol) and deuterated DMSO (60mL) were added into a single-neck bottle, and the system was replaced with argon and then reacted at 120□ for 3hrs.
The reaction system was cooled to room temperature, added with a proper amount of deuterium oxide, oscillated and extracted with ethyl acetate.
The organic phase was washed with water, dried and evaporated in vacuum.
The obtained liquid was treated again and the posttreatment operations were repeated to obtain 10g of the product (50%).
