Steps:

2 Preparation of compound III
Add compound II (100g, 0.58mol) and water (350g) into the autoclave,Add methylamine hydrochloride (196g, 2.90mol) and sodium hydroxide (120g, 3.0mol) sequentially.Add catalytic amount of copper powder under stirring. The temperature was slowly raised to 120-130°C, and the reaction was stirred for 24 hours.Cool to room temperature, extract three times with dichloromethane (500mL), dry,Concentrated to obtain compound III (61.6 g, yield 87%).
