Compound 141a-1 (5.0 g, 22.7 mmol) was dissolved in 75 mL ACN, the reaction system was cooled to 0° C., methylamine in ethanol (12.5 mL, 90.8 mmol) was slowly added dropwise to the reaction system, and the reaction continued at 0° C. for half an hour after the addition. The reaction system was warmed to room temperature and stirred overnight at room temperature. The reaction solution was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (eluent: petroleum ether:ethyl acetate=5:1) to obtain compound 141a-2 (4.7 g, white solid) with a yield of 97%. MS m/z (ESI): 215.0 [M+1].
