The eighth compound was added to 100 mL of methanol, then cooled to 0° C. and thionyl chloride (0.70 g, 5.89 mmol) was added dropwise. After the dropwise addition, the temperature was gradually raised to 30° C. and stirred until the reaction was completed. The reaction solution was distilled under reduced pressure to remove thionyl chloride and methanol, then evacuated to vacuum, and the product was precipitated by isopropanol and ethyl acetate, and dried under vacuum to obtain (1R,2S,5S)-6,6-dimethylform yl-3-azabicyclo[3,1,0]hexyl-2-carboxylate (0.61 g, 3.58 mmol), 91.3% yield.
