A solution of compound 1c in EtOH was prepared, and to the solution of compound 1c (169 mg, 1.0 mmol) in EtOH (10 mL), commercially available thiourea (114 mg, 1.5 mmol) was added, and the reaction was heated to 100° C. with stirring and refluxing for 2 hours. After the TCL detection reaction was completed, suction filtration was performed, and the precipitate was washed with anhydrous EtOH, and spin-dried to obtain compound 2c, 110 mg (white solid), with a yield of 66%.
