A solution of compound Int-9 (800 mg, 3.5 mmol) in MeOH (2 mL), THF (6 mL) and H2O (2 mL) was treated with LiOH HiO (293 mg, 7.0 mmol) and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 4 h. Then the mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was diluted with water (8 mL). The pH of mixture was adjusted to 2 and the resulting suspension was filtered. The isolated solid was dried to afford the compound Int-10 (650 mg, 86%) as a yellow solid. ESI-MS (EI+, m/z): 216.10.
