Acetophenone (0.48 g, 4.0 mmol)Dissolved in MeOH (40 mL),Add Oxone (2.70 g, 4.4mmol) sequentiallyAnd NaBr (0.45 g, 4.4 mmol),Slowly raise the temperature to 60 and reflux for 2h,Add amidinothiourea (0.47 g, 4.0 mmol) toInto the mixture.After 2h, the reaction is complete,The reaction mixture is filtered,The filtrate was taken and concentrated in vacuo.Dissolve the crude product in water,Adjust the pH to 8-9 with ammonia water,There is solid precipitation,Suction filtration, take the filter cake, and dry.Finally, the crude product obtained is recrystallized with MeOH,The product N-(4-phenyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)guanidine (0.84 g) with the following structure was obtained,The yield is 96%.
