Steps:

Fill the above-mentioned autoclave with Freon-123 (230g), after adding nitrogen, stir and react for 3 hours at 30-35°C, the reaction is over, the reaction solution is cooled to room temperature, stand still, and separate to obtain the lower organic layer Phase, wash with purified water (3×30mL) to obtain isoflurane solution, collect fractions at 4849 by rectification to obtain pure isoflurane, the yield is 88.3% (based on the consumed Freon-22) and the purity is 99.88% .
