4.3. Synthesis of compounds 6a-e, 6m-z, 6 ab-aj
General procedure: To a solution of compound 4a-i (1 mmol) in NMP (3 mL) was added1-2 drops of concentrated hydrochloric acid and R3XH (2 mmol), andthe reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature. After completionof the reaction, and the reaction mixture was diluted with DCM (25 mL)and washed with brine (3 × 25 mL). The organic layer was dried overanhydrous MgSO4, filtered, and concentrated under vacuum. The residuewas purified by column chromatography to give the compounds 6ad,6j, 6m-z, 6 ab-aj.
