Reaction Conditions:

Steps:

Combine o-methylbenzenesulfonamide (85.6 mg, 0.5 mmol), iridium catalyst (5.1 mg, 0.005 mmol, 1 mol%), potassium hydroxide (28 mg, 0.5 mmol, 1 equiv), then methanol (0.3 mL) and water (0.9 mL) were added to the reaction vessel in sequence. After the reaction mixture was reacted at 130 ° C for 12 hours in a reaction vessel, it was cooled to room temperature. The solvent was removed by rotary evaporation, and then the purified target compound was obtained by column chromatography (developing solvent: petroleum ether / ethyl acetate), yield: 96%.
