Steps:
2 Step 2. Preparation of Intermediate Z-3-2
To a solution of intermediate Z-3-1 (3.07 g, 10.99 mmol) and 1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde (960 mg, 9.99 mmol) in DMF (50 mL) was added Cs2CO3 (8.14 g, 24.98 mmol),The mixture was warmed to 80°C and stirred overnight.After the reaction was completed, it was cooled to room temperature, extracted with EA/H 2 O, and the combined organic phases were dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate,After filtration, the crude product obtained by concentration was separated and purified by silica gel column to obtain intermediate Z-3-2 (1.2 g, 4.30 mmol, 43.00% yield)
