In 2L316L material is put in a high-pressure reaction kettle 3.2mol anhydrous potassium fluoride, stirring the mixture at room temperature is under 1% fluorine nitrogen mixed gas, the mixed gas contains fluorine nitrogen 0.096mol fluorine gas, to continue stirring for half an hour; unloads in cauldron -odd pressure, adding 2mol full fluorine hexyl iodide, 20mol anhydrous sulfolane, temperature under stirring to 170 °C, reaction 7h, the end of the reaction, the reaction product is cooled to the room temperature. The reaction product is distilled to obtain 1.91mol full fluorine cetane, the yield is 95.5%.
