General procedure: In a 50 ml dry round-bottom flask, add 10mL absolute ethanol, 8 mmol KOH, under ice bath conditions, add 2 mM aromatic heterocyclic hydrazide 2, the aromatic heterocyclic hydrazide is selected from: thiophene-3-hydrazide, pyridine-2-hydrazide, and then, drop by drop 0.8 mlCS2Solution, the reaction system is heated to reflux, TCL monitors the reaction process, after the end of the reaction, the solvent is removed by vacuum spinning and evaporating, the residue is the potassium salt of the aromatic heterocyclic - oxadiazole mercapto, dissolved in water, using 10% hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to about 3, vacuum filtration, vacuum drying chamber overnight drying, to give compound 3. Yield 91~94%; When R1 is 2-pyridyl, the yield is91%. The amount prepared of compound 3 and the volume of the reaction vessel are expanded or reduced in the corresponding proportions.
