method for continuously separating sesamin and sesamolin from sesame includes the following steps:
(1) Sesame is used as raw material, and after ultra-fine grinding, ultrasonic-assisted reflux extraction is performed using a haloalkane solvent to obtain an extract containing sesamin and sesamolin;
(2) The extract is decolorized, concentrated, and the organic solvent is recovered to obtain a concentrated solution, which is adsorbed by macroporous adsorption resin, eluted with ethanol, and the eluent is collected;
(3) The eluent is concentrated, and the concentrated solution is separated using simulated moving bed chromatography to obtain sesamin and sesamolin from sesame with a purity of over 99.90%. |
