Prochloraz Manganese Chloride Complex can be used in biological study of pathogen identification of a new disease in Siraitia grosvenorii and screening of effective fungicides. | [Production Methods]
Production of the prochloraz-manganese chloride complex follows the same general logic as other metal-prochloraz coordination products: technical-grade prochloraz is first prepared, then introduced into a controlled reaction with a soluble manganese(II) salt, typically manganese chloride, in an organic or mixed aqueous/solvent medium. Process conditions are tuned so the imidazole ligand of prochloraz coordinates with Mn²⁺ to form a stable chelate, with pH, temperature, and stoichiometry adjusted to suppress hydrolysis and side complexes. Once the desired complex has formed, the solid is isolated by filtration or crystallisation, | [Mechanism of action]
Broad-spectrum with protectant and eradicant properties. Disrupts membrane function. | [Pesticide Type]
