以2-羧酸-5-溴吡啶为原料合成5-溴-吡啶-2-酰氯的一般步骤:在室温下,向含有5-溴-吡啶-2-羧酸(0.05mmol)的二氯甲烷(80mL)溶液中,缓慢滴加草酰氯(0.24mmol)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(5滴)。反应混合物在室温下搅拌2小时。反应完成后,通过减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得到5.4g(产率100%)的5-溴-吡啶-2-酰氯。
