以(R)-3-叠氮基吡咯烷-1-羧酸叔丁酯(250 mg, 1.18 mmol)为原料,将其与Pd/C(50 mg, 10% w/w)在甲醇(10 mL)中的混合物置于氢气氛围下,室温搅拌反应12小时。反应完成后,通过过滤去除催化剂,浓缩滤液,得到(R)-3-氨基吡咯烷-1-羧酸叔丁酯,为无色液体(210 mg, 96% yield)。产物经1H NMR(600 MHz, CDCl3)表征:δ 3.33-3.49 (m, 3H), 3.27-3.32 (m, 1H), 2.95-3.03 (m, 1H), 1.98-2.08 (m, 1H), 1.63-1.70 (m, 1H), 1.41 (s, 9H)。质谱(MS-ESI)分析显示:m/z 131.20 [M-55]+。
