在0℃条件下,将亚硫酰氯(1.03 mL,14.2 mmol)缓慢滴加到(S)-2-氨基-3-(4-硝基苯基)丙酸(0.995 g,4.73 mmol)溶于10 mL甲醇的悬浮液中。滴加完毕后,将反应体系逐渐升温至室温。随后,将反应混合物加热回流反应过夜。反应完成后,通过减压蒸馏浓缩反应液。粗产物采用甲醇/乙酸乙酯混合溶剂进行重结晶纯化,最终得到(S)-4-硝基苯基丙氨酸甲酯盐酸盐1.012 g,收率为95%。
